Maintenance
The boards don’t need a lot of looking after as they have a deep coating of food grade mineral oil. Simply wipe down following basic hygiene and add a little light olive oil now and again.
Notes
- If you chop raw meats, clean well and oil after use.
- Remember to use the cutting side, while the resin is safe to cut on you will leave knife marks.
- Not suitable for dishwasher.
